How this works: click a row to expand it. Click Edit on any entry to change agent, date, inquiry text, or paste in a response — status flips to Responded automatically as soon as response text is filled in. If the agent comes back with a follow-up question, click + Add follow-up question to add it to the thread — status flips back to Pending until that round is answered too. Use + New Inquiry to log a new one manually.
